Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was focused and readily available to quickly respond to any questions or needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pillows were okay. I was happy that they were able to give us adjoining rooms. Breakfast was good. it had something for everyone. Although, my husband wished it would have had a bit more. The pool was fun!! Grandchildren were very happy and felt well treated by staff as well. Thank you so much for a nice stay, breakfast, pool and great hospitality!!

Summary: We were very disappointed that the hotel did not make our beds. What's the point of going to a hotel if we have to make our own beds!! What made it worse was that I checked with the front desk clerk in the morning before we left for our sight seeing and specifically asked if they make the beds and she said "yes". When we came back later in the afternoon, no made beds! I asked the same clerk about why the beds had not been made, her response was "because we are fully booked." Not a good excuse! The manager offered to sent someone up to make the beds but by that time it was too late! Very disappointing. And if this is an ongoing trend in the hotel industry, its very sad.

Summary: The hotel is undergoing renovations so there is understandable dust/dirt in places. However, our room which seemed to be one that has undergone renovations still had dust and construction remnants all over, the new dressers didn’t have the handles put on the drawers yet (they were sitting inside the drawers), our A/C unit kept leaking leaving literal puddles of water all over on the floor and the fix we were given was to put more towels on the floor. One of the tv’s in our room didn’t work, there were empty High Noon cans in one of the cabinets and when we opened the sofa bed there was a pair of men’s underwear on the floor underneath. I would suggest paying the extra money and staying somewhere else.

Summary: Great staff, breakfast was good. Pool was disappointing- very tiny. Mattress and pillows a bit uncomfortable.

Summary: Room was very clean and comfortable. Suite was spacious. The appliances were a bit old, but functional. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Upgrades were being done during our stay, but they did not at all interfere. Overall, great value for the money!
