Summary: The location is close to beach. Nice quiet neighborhoood. Could've been cleaner, no broom to sweep the kitchen, deck could've been cleaned and loose woid. There was no working dryer so had to go to laundromat

Summary: The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Over looked the Marsh where you could see wildlife. Only draw back was the beach access, it was very limited. The host was very accommodating.

Summary: This was a wonderful and very relaxing vacation. The apartment is large, comfortable and well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The location is perfect in a very quiet area, near the beach. And let's not forget a truly breathtaking view from the patio overlooking the wildlife refuge where you can spot all kinds of birds and even deer. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Joe!

Summary: The owner was friendly and responsive to questions. It’s a great location but the place was pretty dirty and clearly hadn’t been deep cleaned before. We enjoyed our stay but we wouldn’t go back.

Summary: Property was apt on 2nd floor with inside and outside entrances. Large deck overlooking marsh, great for bird watching. Airflow in apt was good. Beds were sufficiently comfortable. 2 bedrooms included 2 full & 1 queen. Accommodates 4 adults comfortably. Only 1 bathroom. Place needs a “woman’s touch”. Shower decent. Plenty of parking.
