2 Bedroom Cottage in South Haven

Private Heated Pool,300 feet sandy beach out front with no steps, fire place, pool table, ping pong, foosball natural gas grill, fire pit, patios, decks,hardwood floors, 2 king beds with full bathrooms.
This property is available not available Memorial Day to late August.
The Heated pool is Open May 1 to late October. We deduct pool fee if it is closed. It may be a shared pool sometimes. During high season this cottage is rented as part of the whole complex of 3 cottages.
Custom patio and water feature and fire pit, private pool.
Heated in-ground pool, pool house with bathroom, game room, kitchenette and sun deck. The pool would be shared with other cottages if rented separately. The Pool house has kitchen area with refrigerator, ice-maker, sink with disposal. There is also a half bath inside and outdoor shower. Pool house has the ping pong table and rooftop deck for sunning on Astroturf.
Dog +1 yr with prior permission, ( based on occupancy),must sleep in crate /dog bed. Not on furniture
Dog should be on flea/tick treatment
Dogs on leash at all times. Dog not permitted inside pool fence at any time. Dog should not be left unattended in cottage.
This was already a fabulous 2 bedroom cottage but I have remodeled it to make it a gem! It is located across from Packard Park beach with 300 feet of sandy beach.
This 2 bedroom cottage has 1500 SF of living space, add the one bedroom for 500SF more. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the living room and each has bath, one with tub shower and one with walk in shower. There are 2 new king beds with luxury bedding ( none of that rental company scratchy kind) and towels.
Central Heat and Air
Large living room with gas fireplace and windows facing the West to enjoy breakfast or cocktails. Living room 2 sofas, Pool Table in lounging area. There is Comcast digital TV and WIFI. The dining area is a high top table facing the lake with 6 chairs. Great for workspace too.
Kitchen with Dishwasher, disposal, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator. Laundry room as of 2020. Private parking. HVAC. With the beach just across the street with no steps to climb up and down, a yard, Natural gas grill, fire pit and bikes to use during your stay.
You might be able to add the 1 bedroom cottage next door/ non contiguous walls for 3 king beds/3 baths.
If available, add the 1 bedroom cottage - it is separated from this unit. Great for parents who want separation from kids or 3 couples.
The whole property is fenced.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay (grandparents, children and grandchildren) in the two small cottages, both of which are well equipped. The pool was wonderfully warm. There are lots of bikes, trikes and other small vehicles for children. We greatly enjoyed the surprise treats - fresh flowers, wine, cheese and biscuits, and chocolates. All in all, a great stay!

Summary: This property is located in the most ideal location with a park that leads down to the beach right across the street. After the beach return to a wonderfully heated pool that is easily accessible for the elderly and had many games for the younger crowd. In addition the host had put out a wonderful welcome basket with wine, cheese and chocolate which was a real treat. The interior is impeccably clean and has a pool table and foosball game. The kitchen and bathrooms have all the amenities anyone would need. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay! Thank You!!

Summary: I travelled with my older teen and young adult kids and it was a perfect home away from home. They loved the billiard table, fooseball table. swimming pool and table tennis. The beach was so close - and having chairs and a wagon to use made the beach days a no fuss day. The walk to town was easy; barely needed my car once we arrived. Hope to be back to the same property each year. The hose was beyond helpful and easy to work with.
