2 Bedroom Condo in South Haven

This is the family getaway you need! A couple of blocks from the beach and a couple of blocks to the histotic downtown, you will love how centrally located this condo is. And if you don't want to go anywhere, you can relax on the sun-filled balcony and watch the boats go down the river.
This 2 bedroom & 1.5 bath condo has everything you need and then some. Updated kitchen with new oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Fully repainted and new light fixtures throughout. And a remodeled spa like bathroom.
The living area is on the second floor with an open kitchen, dining, and living room. Off the living room is a large balcony with a table for four with an umbrella and a Weber grill.
The living room features a large sectional couch, perfect to seat the whole family. It's extra comfy and great for those vacation naps. The living room also features a 65 inch smart TV for your favorite streaming apps. With high speed wifi you never have to worry about missing anything. There's also plenty of toddler toys to keep the little ones busy!
The dining room has a 6 person table ready for your family meals and evening card games. It's fully open to the living room. The kitchen features all the things you need to cook (pots, pans, blender, water boiler, coffee maker, measuring cups, bowls, plates etc), including a dishwasher. There is also a stackable washer/dryer and a half bath.
Downstairs features two large bedrooms (approx 10x15 ft each) and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and a 42 inch tv. There’s a dedicated work area in this room with a desk, chair and surge protector. The second bedroom has a queen bed and kid bunk beds and a 32 inch tv. Off the room with bunk beds is a patio that opens up to large grass space. Both bedrooms are large enough to fit a pack and play (we have one in the unit) and luggage. And both bedrooms are equipped with sound machines and black out blinds. The full bath features extra counter space and a tub / shower combo.
This condo is ready for your kids! We have a baby gate at the top of the stairs, a high chair seat, plastic dishes, baby/kid soaps, pack and play crib, low bunk beds, a wagon kids can ride in, sand toys and toddler toys/books in the living room.
Come park in one of the two dedicated parking spots directly in front of the unit. Bring your beach towels and toys, park your car and enjoy walking to it all!

Summary: We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time! The condo was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. Our young daughters loved the bunk beds and stock of toys. It was very easy to get to the beach and downtown south haven. The host was incredibly responsive when I had questions before our stay and made themselves easy to get ahold of if we had issues during our stay. Highly recommend for families, we will certainly book again!

Summary: What a gem! We had such a nice week in South Haven. Amazing location. Walking distance to several public beaches. Short drive to South beach and shopping. Condo was absolutely perfect for my mom and I and my 3 small children. I liked the separation with the bed rooms down stairs and main living space upstairs so my baby could nap. Host had lots of toys that kept my kiddos interested all week. Would definitely recommend and would consider staying there again! Thanks for sharing your home.

Summary: The condo's location is great! Close to downtown and to the beach. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The toys in the condo were a hit with our 3 year old and they enjoyed the bunk beds. Looking to stay here again for future trips.

Summary: Our family was blown away by the property- a great space for us and an amazing getaway! Very thoughtfully stocked with so many beach amenities.There were even toys there that our 3 yr old loved. We were able to walk to both beaches and downtown. Can't recommend this enough!

Summary: If you're traveling to South Haven with kids, I 100% recommend staying here. Not having to pack toys or seperate dishes for our 3 young kids made packing for vacation that much easier. Samantha waa quick to respond to messages and even let us know when the condo was ready for our arrival (a couple of hours early!) We were able to walk downtown every evening from the location and it was very quiet. Our kids loved sitting on the deck and watching the boats go in and out. We will definitely try to stay here again when we return next summer!

Summary: Stayed with my tween and teen. We had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Location is easy and ideal, space is bright and clean, pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily. No littles in my group but it would have been easy to vacation here with small kids both with space and kids items supplied in the unit. My teenager midweek complimented my vacation planning skills because “this is the perfect spot.” That probably makes it a 7 star review.

Summary: I love so many things about this home! It’s in a great location to walk to the beach or downtown. Within 5 minutes or so we could be at some of our favorite places: Packard beach, Capt Lou’s, or Rocket Arcade. The home is the perfect size for a family of 5, and even better that it has a washer/dryer and a king-sized bed. It’s incredibly clean and was recently updated since our previous stay last year. I love how relaxing this home is…it’s decorated simply but not bare, and feels fresh and airy. Our family may take a year off from vacationing in South Haven, but we will definitely come back to this home.
