Positive: I liked the extra little touches such as a hair dryer in almost every bedroom. Towels in every room. Mini bathroom products and a coffee tray with biscuits. We stayed for my friends 30th birthday and I requested if they could leave a box of chocolates and wine for her on the table as a surprise and they did! She was over the moon. The beds were comfy and the TV was decent. Location was great, only a 6 minute uber drive to the city centre.

Negative: We couldn't figure out how to use the dishwasher or boiler. It might have been nice if there was a welcome pack with instructions on how to use certain items i.e the TV. We didn't know we had to select the firestick option. Also as a suggestion for the welcome pack it would be nice to include leaflets for local takeaways and suggestions for restaurants and nearest shops. Maybe taxi numbers and how far the nearest hospital is. Another thing, which isn't a huge deal, but it would have been nice if the grass was cut.

Summary: Excellent stay. Great location. Happy customer.

Negative: Nothing, only little thing is the shower downstairs but there are two so wasn’t a problem.

Summary: Really enjoyed our group stay here, highly recommend!

Positive: Rooms were a decent size and so were the beds. Appliances and facilities provided were more than satisfactory. Perfect spot if you want value for money and a place to stay when visiting Cardiff

Negative: Location was a bit far from the city centre so taxi bills started racking up over the weekend.

Positive: The house / bedrooms were large enough to meet the needs for all the family - 9 adults / 4 children

Negative: No blinds in one of the bedrooms because it was broken ( where children were sleeping) On a main road so very nosy thru the night as the windows weren’t adequate for keeping the noise out Garden was like a jungle so children unable to play outside in it although it specified large nice garden Required things being repaired/ replaced - broken blinds/ holes in the walls/ stains on the bed sheets

Negative: Property is very tired lots of marks all over the walls and furniture, most of the bedrooms lacked proper curtains so the light beemed in at dawn, one of the rooms had no curtain or blinds on one window. The garden was like a jungle and very overgrown. Could do with a proper shower over bath being added to the downstairs bathroom as we found all of us were waiting to use the only shower between 10 of us.

Positive: Perfect location, not too far from the city centre. Loved that it had parking, local amenities and a bus stop right outside. The house was a lovely layout with a bathroom on each floor. Loved the decor and modern feel. I found communication really good when booking and during our stay, always got a response quickly

Positive: Size of the property, hot water was boiling, bus stop very close.

Negative: Front door didn't lock properly, you couldn't drop the catch down to prevent the door being opened by the boys. Downstairs toilet seat was broken and wobbled off. No instructions on how to navigate your way around the cooker/hob/central heating. The bedroom I slept in the blind was missing so it was light. The duvet cover in that room was also ripped.

Summary: Cigarette ends in the back garden was not nice. Some surrounding properties were rough.
