Positive: House was clean, spacious, we all had a great time
Negative: There was a lot of black bags of rubbish left in the garden and fag butts and Everytime we tried to make toast the toaster would trip the electric

Positive: The location worked well for us and the house was clean and was a really good size for our party - 5 good double bedrooms. Realistically, only one car can park on the front, but there was plentiful parking in nearby side streets.
Negative: When we arrived the house was absolutely freezing as the boiler was off, with no instructions anywhere( it warmed up well once we managed to turn it on though) The showers were both unbearably scorching hot dribbles and were unusable (no way to change the temperature (maybe on the boiler(?)but no instructions) and we had to wash hair in sinks and in the bath) and the mattresses and pillows were extremely basic. The kitchen equipment was sparse and mismatched- no wine glasses (just champagne flutes)an odd collection of mugs, no bread knife etc
Summary: Roomy and clean but basic amenities were lacking

Positive: A beautiful spacious 5 bedroom house located close to the town centre. Excellent value for money we had a fantastic stay for the 2 days with family. Although we had a small issue with one of the bath rooms , the staff were very attentive and fixed it swiftly. We would have loved to stay longer but we had to come back for work. Will definitely come back to this place next time😎
Summary: If you are visiting Cardiff , then this is your must stay place to access everything😎

Positive: Great space; comfortable beds; generous kitchen; off-road parking; brilliant location for local amenities and exploring the area.
Negative: Hard to regulate hot and cold water in the showers; overgrown garden with builders' rubbish on one side (would not have been safe for young children); some of the carpet tacks were poking out of the carpet on the stairs.

Positive: Location was good, not far from city centre and nice sized house for the price. Good utilities with 3 seperate bathrooms and a kitchen and a store room with washing machine, iron etc. House was well prepared and came with all towels, shower items, cooking utensils and wifi included.
Negative: A few issues such as downstairs light flickering, and downstairs bathroom light not working. Aswell as upstairs shower holder not staying up properly all the time, meaning it was preferable to use the middle floor shower.
