Positive: Spacious apartment Within walking distance of regular transport to Köln A family sized lounge equipped with two reclining sofas and a smart TV- we especially enjoyed spending family time in here Also a separate dining room with large dining table and fully equipped kitchen Very comfortable beds, we didn't mind the square pillows It also has two small but pleasant balconies overlooking communal gardens
Negative: No air conditioning Up a few flights of stairs - no lift Could struggle to get a space in on street parking

Positive: Apartment is quite large for the price. Beds were very comfortable. The whole place was very clean. Location was very quite and walkable distance to train station. City center was just 5 mins train raid. Bonus: A massage chair!!! It was perfect for a long walk inside the city.
Negative: 3rd floor no lift but that's typical of most European buildings.
Summary: Recommend!!!

Negative: Streets were busy for parking but we eventually parked right outside.

Negative: Parking was not always easy as there was no allocated car parking . The key was away from property and to collect was difficult as could park there . The pillows were too soft , flat and large

Positive: The apartment was very spacious, cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. The whole house was clean and warm. The kitchen was very well equipped. The host was kind enough to offer us an early check-in, meaning our son could take his nap on time! There was even a crib in the room (although we brought our own portable one) The apartment is very easy to find and there is free parking on the street in front & around (as long as you’re used to parallel parking on narrow roads). We had a big car, so we had to park a little more on the sidewalk than the other cars. The massage chair was an added bonus.
Negative: It’s not in the center, but our priority was to have a spacious house with a separate room for our son. The metro is only a 10 minute walk away. No elevator, which wasn’t an issue for us.
Summary: We had a lovely stay, thank you!
