Summary: The apartment and Philip were wonderful - all was as described and the location was beautiful - the apartment itself was set in a gorgeous courtyard and Philip was always on hand if we needed anything. The only issue we had (and reason ive given check in 1 star) was with the VRBO website. I received messages from Philip but was unable to contact him via the "contact owner" page....and even when I flagged this with your customer service got no help. This left us unsure of the check in process on the day, so we just had to turn up at the property and hope for the best! Not exactly a great start to the trip...

Summary: Great central location for quick 10 minute walk to shops or the beach. The area was recomended by local friend. Apartment was plenty spacious for family of 4.

Summary: The apartment was situated perfectly for us to explore town, walk up mont saint-clair, pop to the beach and go to the theatre de la mer in the evenings. Philippe is a welcoming host who is both warm and helpful and provided us with all we needed for a great stay. I would highly recommend staying with Philippe if you plan to visit Sete.
