5 Bedroom House in Ten Mile

Amazing and Large lake property with modern kitchen and appliances and large upper and lower decks with the most amazing views of Watts Bar Lake and the rolling hills. You will never see a more beutiful sunset over the lake than here.
You have access to two boat slips at the community dock (many larger family groups bring two boats) which is a 5 min walk from the property or a short golf cart ride. Yes, you can use the golf cart to go to the dock, bring your toys down to the lake and/or check out the area. You have to go down some stairs to access the dock, this may be difficult for people with disabilities (see pictures so you can decide). There is an inflatable 2 man kayak and raft you can use at your own risk to boat and float and do a little fishing. Some water toys as well as a few life jackets. Also a few fishing poles and light fishing tackle you can use if you did not bring your own. Fishing from the dock is one of my favorite things to do and you almost always catch something from catfish to crapie. If you do not have a boat there are multiple marinas that rent boats near the home. Blue springs, Euchee and Spring City Marinas. I think Blue Springs has the best rental boats, alwasy new each season. Sand harbor beach and many other great places to visit on your boat are a just a short boat ride away.
We just put in a large fire pit this year that is amazing with lots of downed wood on the property to use. When I am out I usually pull up some downd trees and put close to fire pit so you can just cut it up or use an existing pile there. There is also a large rope swing from a huge tree. Kids and adults love this but use at your own risk.
This property is very private and toward the end of the road so you will hear no road noise, just an occasional boat driving by and the birds. Sit on the deck and watch the deer, birds and beautiful lake and hills.
Home has three stories. Main floor has kitchen living spaces and the master bedroom/Bath and access to the large upper deck with enough chairs for everyone as well as a guest 1/2 bath. The upper level has two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath between them, each with their own toilet and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Next to the laundry room is a bonus room with bunk bed (2 twins). The lower level has a full bathroom and large bedroom there is a queen, full size and a twin in this room. This area also has a small gym with exercise equipment to keep you in shape if you so desire during your vacation as well as a foosball table. The bottom level also has a patio with great views of the lake and access to the grass area in the yard. Covered parking right in front of the house keeps your car out of the weather. Plenty of games and books and puzzles in the cabinets for you to enjoy and lots more.
This is the perfect place for large family gatherings, and there have been many. Come and enjoy.

Summary: This house was amazing and the host was also amazing. They provided everything we could possibly need and then some. I've recommended it to several family and friends. Nature happens right outside the doors. Seen deer often. There was a small problem and the host handled it in record time. Great place and great people. They even surprised us with flowers. Overall just great!!!!!!! I will definitely stay here as many times as it's available.

Summary: We spent the most of our down time on the covered deck, watching lake traffic and sunsets. The property is on a pretty steep hill but they had a golf cart to travel down to shared dock. The kitchen was well stocked with apppliances and all you need to cook full meals. The AC kept up on VERY hot days. Clean bathrooms and stocked with towels and toiletries. Small yard on hill for pets to walk and a rope swing my kids loved!

Summary: Great cabin!! Enjoyed our coffee on the deck in the morning watching the deer. Plenty of room for the ten of us to play games and just hang out and the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock.

Summary: The home has numerous beds to accommodate a large family. The golf cart made getting to the lake easy. There are 3 sets of steep steps to get down to the dock. The favorite part of the house for the entire family was the covered back deck with ceiling fans that overlook the lake.

Summary: This home is AWESOME!!! It was large enough to accommodate three families with plenty of space. It is has the most beautiful views. There is lake behind the property that you can access or you can take in the views from the back porch. It was clean and stocked well with towels and essentials. The owner was responsive and very thoughtful as there was a wonderful surprise waiting for me when I arrived. I highly recommend this place. It is worth it!

Summary: Beautiful spacious property. But the sunsets off the patio are the icing on the cake. Great communication with the property owner, when needed. Everything needed for the stay was in the house. I would definately stay there again.
