5 Bedroom House in Copake

Large 4 BR, 2.5 Bathroom with extra den and huge kitchen! In addition, there is a large outdoor deck with seating for 10-12 on deck chairs, a large dining table for 10 with outdoor grill. Beautiful new 20x40 heated pool with jetted seating area in the deep end and bluestone patio with plenty of space for everyone at the house. The finished garage has a ping pong table. This home is cooled by central air in the summertime.
Two separate living rooms (one is a den) provide ample room for entertaining. Large dining room with seating for 8. Oversized eat-in kitchen great for meal preparation and hanging out! Four bedrooms: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and three bedrooms with plenty of light and closet space. There is an additional full bathroom that serves the bedrooms plus a powder room off the laundry room.
A short walk to a fully equipped gym, tennis court and lake for boating and swimming.
Please note that this is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Loud noise that disturbs neighbors will not be allowed.
Located within 7 minutes of Copake Lake with rental motor boats and water skiing. Just 15 minutes from Catamount Ski Resort for skiing in winter and a fun challenging ropes course in the summer. Great farm to table restaurants within a 7-20 minute drive. Saturday Farmer's Market Excellent hiking and farm stands and 'pick your own' farms within a short distance.
Located in a rural area at the foothills of the Berkshires: 30 minutes from Great Barrington, MA, and Hudson, NY. 20 minutes from the town of Millerton, NY. 40-45 minutes to Lenox, MA, Tanglewood or Rhinebeck, NY with the famed Dutchess County Fairgrounds and the Old Rhinebeck Aerodome.
Excellent golfing at the Copake Country Club less than 10 minutes away by car.
Great lake swimming (no beach area or wading in) with an entry off dock. Fishing with license which is easily obtained.
This is a lovely home for a peaceful and relaxing get-together with friends or family. Please note: May-September a minimum of 7 nights or monthly is preferred

Summary: Stayed here Presidents Day weekend and had a great time. Comfortable, spacious home with a cool layout and huge property. Close to Catamount and Bish Bash falls. We would stay here again.

Summary: This house was perfect for our family reunion. The house is beautiful and has plenty of space to congregate and eat and relax together. The pool is gorgeous and it has a spacious yard for the kids to enjoy. The host is quick to respond to questions.

Summary: We had a relaxing respite at this clean and very spacious home. The pool is large and heated, and all rooms and amenities were modern and well maintained. Everything is on one level which was a big help for an elderly member of our family. Jenifer was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Summary: Overall we had a great golf weekend staying in Copake. The Copake country club was really nice and a quick drive from the house. The house the house was great and had plenty of room for the 8 of us on the trip. The only downsides were that we couldn’t find the instructions for the house when we arrived and there wasn’t great cell service so it took us a while to contact the host. That being said, the host was very responsive and was able to help us find the WiFi code. The only other thing to note was that when we showed up, the water in the pool was very murky and did not look like anything we wanted to swim in. A pool service came to clean it on Saturday and it looked better after, but we couldn’t use the pool for the first couple days.

Summary: This house is perfect for a family vacation. The hosts thought of everything, lots of towels, linens and blankets and generous kitchen supplies. The pool is fabulous and the fenced in yard is perfect for children to play and explore. We will be back!

Summary: We loved staying in this house. We had several generations staying and everyone felt comfortable and had the space they needed. The deck is a HUGE bonus for outdoor entertaining. I highly recommend this house and we will definitely stay again.
