Large lakefront chalet on quiet, uncrowded Chazy Lake, approximately 5 miles long, 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, nicely furnished, brick fireplace opens to both kitchen and living room areas, large deck, 24 ft. dock. Near Lake Placid, Saranac Lake, and Plattsburgh. Only 1 1/4 Hours from tourist attractions of Montreal or Vermont. Situated on a secluded 1.6 acre lot with 170 ft' of lakefront. Property is not visible from the road or either adjoining properties, and is covered with tall hemlocks, pines and hardwoods with large private off-road parking. Great views, and beautiful sunsets from deck. Must see to appreciate.

Summary: My husband and I had a few relaxing days in the house at the sea. All was well maintained, clean and we had all, what we needed. With Rich we had a nice email communication and Frances was so charming and helpful we couldn't help but feeling comfortable. We did a few daytrips to Lake Placid, St.-Lawrence-River and to Lake Champlain. We enjoyed our stay and consider to come back and to bring friends with us.

Summary: Despite the horrible weather we had for the entire 3 days--we really enjoyed this place!! It is really secluded and quiet. The deck and lake area is fabulous! The house was comfortably furnished and accessorized. The home was larger than we expected and having the second bathroom was great. We will be back!!!

Summary: THIS PLACE IS LIKE A PIECE FO HEAVEN SUPER CLEAN HAS EVERYTHING YOU COULD ASK FOR SWIMMING BOATING WALKING LOTS OF GREAT VIEWS FROM DECK LOOKING RIGHT ACROSS FROM LYON MOUNTAIN. THE OWNERS ARE GREAT TO DEAL WITH I THINK THIS IS OUR 7TH YEAR EVERY CHRISTMAS MY TOW GRAND CHILDREN AS US WHEN ARE WE GOING TO THE LAKE GREAT STORES IN PLATTSBURG AND A LOT TO DO I ENJOY JUST DOING A LAY BACK AND RELAX

Summary: For anyone who loves the Adirondacks, this place is a gem! Peace and serenity, Beautiful lake and mountain views. House is cozy, clean and comfortable. Owner is very easy to deal with. This was our first time visiting and we plan on returning next year.

Summary: Last July my wife, daughter, 2 grandchildren & I stayed at your wonderful chalet on Chazy Lake. It was the greatest time we ever had. We fished, boated, went swimming and just relaxed. You have a great place there, very well kept, and very private. The view of the mountains is great, and the sunsets from the deck are worth a million bucks! All your cares in the world leave you for a week at Chazy Lake. If you need to pick up a few extra items, its only afew miles down the road and only 30 minutes to Plattsburgh. We are coming back again next year to enjoy the chalet and lake. thanks for having it available to rent.
