Located in a contemporary building designed by noted architect Luis Peña Ganchegui, the apartment overlooks Santa Clara island, La Concha beach, the old port, Igueldo, Urgull and Ondarreta beach. The apartment is in quiet gated community. It is located on the first floor with elevator access. The views are beautiful all year round, and perfect for enjoying the fireworks during Semana Grande in August, the rowing regattas in September and other sporting and cultural events. From the complex there is a private elevator down to Paseo de Miraconcha, so going to the beach is quick and easy. The nearest supermarket is also just a few steps from the elevator.
The apartment´s open floorplan provides ample natural light and allows the ocean breeze to flow through. The unique location makes it possible to hear the ocean waves but not the traffic of Miraconcha. It is spacious (166m2) with fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room and large living room with dining area (confortably seats 10) and queen murphy bed. The master bedroom has views of the bay, a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and garden view. The third bedroom has folding bunk beds and is great for children. Two full bathrooms face these bedrooms, one with walk-in shower and one with bathtub/shower. There is optional private parking in an enclosed garage with space for two cars.

Summary: Great position overlooking the beautiful bay. Walking distance to just about everywhere you want to visit but also very close to the No 16 bus route - perfect. We had a car park place booked which is not the easiest to get in. Rental need tothe information for access.

Summary: Overall we had a great stay — the apartment is clean, comfortable, and close to old town and the beach. Only critique is they didn’t have much stocked in the kitchen so we had to buy basics like dish soap, sponges, salt / pepper / oil, etc.

Summary: Lovely apartment in a great location. Superb views from the living areas. Really well equipped apartment in a quiet residential block. Top quality Miele washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Plenty of cooking utensils etc. Short walk to the beachfront and 15 minutes walk to the old town and harbour.

Summary: Incredible views, comfortable apartment, walkable to everything in San Sebastián. The walk uphill could be a challenge for those with limited mobility, but we had no issues pushing a stroller along the street. Grocery store 5 min away was very convenient. Very responsive hosts. Highly recommend!

Summary: This place overdelivered on practically every level. There was plenty of space, the kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable, but the view is the absolute best part!!! The private elevator to the street level was really great and the washer and dryer were a big bonus. We can't recommend this place enough!
