Positive: I really liked the apartments in Las Escaleras, the complex is located on the slope of the Cala Llamp mountain with impressive views from the terrace, pool and windows to the sea and rocks. After 11-12 o'clock in the afternoon, the sun appears from behind the mountain and from that time until the evening it is great for sunbathing on the terrace and in the private pool. The apartments are well furnished inside. Paintings with a marine theme, books, a fireplace and even binoculars, all this gave a sense of home environment. Clean bed linen and snow-white towels. Since the next day after our departure was not booked, the manager kindly allowed us to stay longer in the apartment. Everything was wonderful. We have already booked an apartment next year and will be looking forward to returning.
Negative: On the first night, the air conditioner did not work in one of the bedrooms, and we discovered and reported it to the manager only late in the evening, Pedro was able to turn on the air conditioner only the next day, so one night was stuffy. Although we were warned not to leave food in the house because of ants, ants crawled even on crumbs from food, so in the kitchen the dishes and tables were immediately cleaned of leftover food. But one morning we found ants even in bed. For Peter Manager Las Escaleras: Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. Thanks! Tip: I think that one more point can be added to the instructions for staying in the apartment: do not put a dryer with laundry under the drains from the roof, we did not take this into account and after the rain, the linen and white towels turned into the bard color of the Las Escaleras complex.
