Positive: Love the pool, big kitchen, gorgeous ensuite bathroom in main bedroom. Very clean villa, towels were fresh, TV was a great addition, BBQ away a real plus.
Negative: Feel if you’re paying that price for a villa it should have an umbrella around the pool,also some nicer drinking glasses. Also sure there is nothing you can do but the mosquitoes were the worse I have ever experienced. Also the air conditioning never went lower than 21?
Summary: A wonderful find,ticked so many boxes.

Positive: Excellent property in a great location. Port Andratx is just a few minutes away in a taxi, with very nice restaurants. The Villa is very well equipped,very clean and tidy.
Negative: The construction work being carried out the the valley created a lot of dust and mosquitoes. None of this is the fault of the owner and nothing they could do about it.
Summary: Very good villa in a great location and good value for money.

Positive: A lovely house which was well equipped
Negative: The pool lights didn’t work which was a real shame as they were one of the reasons we went for this property. We had a lot of cold showers as there was only ever enough hot water for one or two quick showers and there were 5 of us
