Summary: Love the adult pool with waterfall and the bartender. Did not like the staff telling us we could not get reservations or the room we wanted because they were full. The hotel was clearly 3/4 empty. Did not like the fact that the 2 best restaurants were closed during our stay.

Summary: I felt we got a less up to date room. It was a little run down. The balcony sliding door didn’t lock. Did smell little moldy. Did not have all inclusive, so food and drinks were expensive. Need more entertainment. Staff were friendly and service was good.

Summary: the ac unit must be really old because it was SUPER loud. Good thing that it wasn’t that hot so we were able to have it off while we slept. The dining options were okay as all inclusive, the location was beautiful though and the staff were really nice.
