Centrally located on the Santiago Peninsula and a short walk to La Audencia beach, this home is well positioned with stunning views from all bedrooms and outdoor living spaces. All bedrooms are very spacious with their own private bathrooms. Because the home was built into the hills to afford such spectacular views, there are some steps in between the bedroom floors. Our property manager will meet and greet you upon arrival and is readily available if questions about the home and/or area. Cleaning, pool and grounds maintenance is included - extra cleaning and meal service at request. This home is conveniently close to all Manzanillo's amenities and a short taxi ride to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Indoor living spaces include air conditioning in bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and streets are well-paved and lighted. Summary: We were two couples who desired a home that had the bedrooms separated from each other and with queen or king beds so that one couple did not have to sleep in double or twin beds in one of the bedrooms. There was also a small bedroom with a queen bed located off of the garage. The rooms are separated by a set of stairs. The house is tastefully decorated. We noticed that some of the art was done by one of the owners. The pool is small with a large fountain but it is definitely big enough for 4 to 6 people. There is more than one level of outside areas and are well set up for dining or relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped and also as a small sitting area to watch TV. The owners were always in communication with us quickly when we had a question. The property manager also answered quickly and also arranged for a masseuse to come to the home. The home has views of the golf course as well as an ocean view. We really loved the set up of the home, the different levels of the home. We would definitely recommend this home to adult couples and would have no hesitation to go back.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Patricia's house is Manzanillo. the house although a bit older, is very well maintained and super clean. The local manager provided a great welcome and all the info we needed. The house is comfortable, but it is set up over several floors with quite a few stairs to get from one part to the other. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall a very nice family vacation.
