Negative: Cold and draughty as windows and doors not fitting. Wifi not working and one of our party needing to keep in touch with very sick father who had been admitted to hospital while we were away

It’s only a short walk to the wharf and some fantastic local eateries, with everything you need close by. Long Beach is just a quick drive away, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The home itself is cosy and has everything your typical Kiwi bach offers — peace, tranquility, and those small comforts of home that make all the difference, especially for a city slicker looking for a quick escape. The deck is a real highlight, perfect for relaxing, soaking in the view, and would be absolutely amazing during summer. I loved the space, the privacy, and the calming vibe throughout the property. A true gem for a relaxing coastal getaway.
Negative: The only thing I didn’t like? Locking the door for the last time and ending my holiday! 😄

Positive: An older property, interior was nicely kept, clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the appliances but they looked really good. View was beautiful. Check in was easy.
Negative: Back gate is in need of repairs and back step could also do with an upgrade.
