Summary: I did not find the interior decor nice. The updated room was cold and uninspiring. Breakfast buffet was very nice, but the staff seemed very confused with any of our requests or orders. Not impressed. Beau Rivage is superior!!!

Summary: We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed every second we spent in the hotel (and used most of the facilities… the very big gym, spa etc) Every interaction with the staff was perfect, so friendly and professional. Great location in the heart of Lausanne. Highly recommend

Summary: $5 frank charge for ice? Give me a break. The hotel is very impressed with themselves. The view just isn't that good of the lake with a large building right in front of it. I'd stay somewhere else next time.
