Positive: The rooms were newly renovated and done very well. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and gorgeous, and it had all the amenities needed (a very nice Nespresso machine, good hair dryer, etc.) The staff at check in were friendly and helpful and the property itself was very beautiful, right in the perfect location just across from the Lake. We arrived early and were allowed to check in right away which was very appreciated after a long morning of travel. Overall, stunning property and wonderful experience.

Negative: The only feedback is that we were told upon check in that we'd have access to the Beau Rivage property, including the pool. We used it one day without problem but when we returned a second day, we were told by a manager at Beau Rivage that we were not allowed access and would have to pay a fee to use the pool and asked to leave. We instead returned to the pool at the Hotel Angleterre but this was confusing and a bit embarrassing.

Positive: Room was beautiful!

Negative: It was under renovations so we couldn’t enjoy the facilities, we had to go to the neighbour hotel which was not far away but still.
