This Top Floor Corner unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 bath is 1800 square feet with wonderful views of Cherokee lake that will make you feel like relaxing when you are not entertaining or enjoying all that Cherokee Lake has to offer.
This beautiful condo is located at the Bluff's Condominiums on the shore of the lake and across the street from German Creek Marina. It sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 Queen Beds)
This complex has a resort pool that overlooks the lake and marina. Parking for your boat and trailer is located across the street at the Pool. The marina next to the pool location is called Huff's German Creek Marina. They will be able to help you with slip space since there are no docks at this complex even though it it is lakefront.
There are flat screen TV's in the living room and all the bedrooms. There is a DVD player in the unit as well. Free wireless WI-FI included.
The luxury interior is complimented by granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. The open floor plan in kitchen, dining and living room can accommodate a large gathering so it is perfect for family entertaining. Speaking of entertainment, there is a large balcony that is half covered for shade and half open for sunning.

Summary: Centrally located for boating in either direction. Unreasonably cooler, overcast, wet. Two decent days on the lake w friends and one day exploring properties, towns and lake community locations. Condo was beyter than decent overall, waslarge enough, clean, modern, and had three beds/bath rooms. There were some problems and deficiencies that can be easily corrected for future guests:1. No condo info binder w amenity directions, rules.2. Items that didn't work: sectional recliners, fireplace, Mr. Coffee unit, some light bulbs.3. Black ants were on the kitchen counters every morning and throughout the day. Very frustrating. Get an exterminator, then have ant traps stocked and provided.4. Last 2 days, bathroom sewage smell.5. No stereo, grill, scissors, pens, paper, tissues.6. Skimpy on pots, pans, cups, mugs, regular kitchen-ware.Again, overall nice but needs some attention.

Summary: Very limited kitchen “stuff” - like plates & utensils; had to wash dishes after every meal to have enough dishes for the next meal. The bedding was ok - I understand wanting to have a waterproof mattress pad, but there are options that don’t feel & sound like plastic. There were dead flies in the tub & around the doors to the balcony. The space was good and there was plenty of seating.

Summary: Property was clean had everything we needed. We were never able to locate the trash bin so we had to drive the trash across the street to the community center which was inconvenient. The property was as listed. The view was amazing. We had a great trip exploring Tennessee.

Summary: Beautiful view! Great getaway spot for our family (kids 3 and 6). Place is great and we easily drove to Panther Creek State Park for hiking. My one mark against the location is the noise of the bridge at night. Other than that, 10/10.
