Positive: Great location, big spacious house which was great for the family of all ages.
Negative: Unfortunately the dishwasher was not working, and there were no teaspoons and only one teatowel which was tricky with the dishwasher not working.
Summary: Was nice. Dining table was big enough we all sit around it.

Positive: The beds were comfortable, and the location was very close to the city centre , so it was ideal for walking to shops and restaurants.
Negative: The place was a bit outdated and smelled musty. It could do with a refresh. There were some cobwebs and ants in one of the bedrooms. There were no teaspoons, and there was only a small selection of pots and pans, which was too small to accommodate our family of 8. No dish cloths were provided. Internet connection was erratic.

Negative: Very dirty I had to wash floors and bed spreads couldn't find vacuum to clean carpets very dated decor had leaks and holes in walls the toilet wouldn't flush probably and showe was a dribble trying to get the temp right very disappointed at the price I paid for a very old run down villa I had booked it for my mother and sisters our first gathering together in years they also disappointed

Negative: Misrespresented as having two bathrooms . It has only one and an outsude toilet . For our group it was not suitable resulting in peak time extra costs for which we will take Bachcare the property manager to court for. Booking dot com do not care once they have your money. We felt ripped off

Positive: Good location to walk to restaurants and McLean Park. Rooms were spacious and beds and linens good
Negative: The house was not very clean and was very tired looking. Needed maintenance and repairs. Outside toilet not in good condition. Had an issue with security at the rear of the house.
