Our bungalow has been full renovated and set up for a relaxing and chilled stay in Napier.
Lovely and private, fully fenced with electric gates.
We have a great deck, BBQ and entertaining area and relaxed set up throughout the house.
Centrally located for the great vineyards, beach, cafes, bars and much more.
There is some great shopping in central Napier as well as the surrounding area's of Hastings and Havelock North, vintage, deco and art enthusiasts will be in heaven.
Just one street back from Marine parade and the beach (gorgeous for a wander)

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. Quiet, easy drive to town. Katie was over and above what was expected with helping up with our little mishaps.We must mention the deck, it could do with a shade. The weather for our stay was so hot (not complaining) we couldn't use the deck.Had a great time, would stay again.

Summary: Was in Napier to visit an elderly family member. Travelling with my parents. The house was a good size and very comfortable for us all. Great location and very easy to find and get around. We were travelling in winter and it was great that the host had the heat pumps running before we arrived so it was nice and warm for us, we really appreciated that. Good, easy to use house with good amenties. Would happily stay there again. Thanks John We

Summary: Great place and a roomy House. Awesome location, so close to everything, but peaceful spot when you want to chill too. Very clean, 100 % no complaints. Katie was very easy to deal with and was good about dealing with our stupid questions. Went the extra mile for us and then some. Looking forward to booking again next time we are in the area!!! Summary: If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Napier - this is the place. Three generations stayed over a long weekend break -plenty of space inside and out. WELL equipped home from home. If you like instant heat - there are plenty of heat pumps but if you would rather have that cozy feel there is a wood burner. Owners were very obliging - we even managed to lock ourselves out of the property one day - they were there in a "flash" to let us in. Great central location in a quite street. If we are ever back in the area this will be our 1st choice

Summary: The house is so great. Well set up and every detail has been thought about. We loved the fire and enjoyed the big, sunny deck. Great location only a few minutes across to Marine Parade. Will stay again I hope!
