Summary: Monsieur Lorieau was friendly and very welcoming. The location was great with everything within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped with Wi-Fi, microwave, cooker etc. The apartment was not clean with dust, cobwebs, hairs (possibly dogs) etc. We had to clean when we arrived. There is also a lot of unnecessary clutter in the apartment. My sister planned to sleep on the sofa bed but couldn’t as she said it was very uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. It was a pity about theses issues as cleaning and removal of clutter could make a big difference.

Summary: VERY NICE FRENCH COUPLE WHO OWN THE FLAT (WHO SPEAK ENGLISH) & VERY HELPFUL ,FLAT IS LITERALLY A STONES THROW FROM THE BEACH ,WE ALSO TOOK OUR DOG ,EVEN IN JANUARY WEATHER WAS MILD ,CAN`T RECOMMEND ENOUGH ,WE WILL BE GOING BACK IN THE SUMMER ALL BEING WELL ,SUPERMARKETS ARE 5/10 MINS BY CAR AWAY ,BAKERY IS 10MINS ON FOOT ,TO BE HONEST ONCE YOU PARK UP, YOU WON`T REALLY NEED YOUR CAR MUCH , LA SABLES IS ALSO ABOUT 10MINS IN CAR ,OR DO WHAT WE DID DRIVE TO LA CHAUME HARBOUR (5MINS) WHICH IS LESS TOURISTY & GET THE FOOT FERRY BOAT (1.30EURO EACH) ACROSS THE HARBOUR AND WALK IN LA SABLES ,KIDS LOVE THE FERRY BOAT ,VERY NICE BREAK & THANKS FOR A GREAT TIME ,SEE YOU SOON ,MERCI
