Summary: Maison qui répondait complètement à nos attentes. Malgré la météo nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille.

Summary: La piscine n'était pas entretenue, l'eau trouble, de la saleté au fond... Les bordures de la piscine s'affaissent. Le canapé taché. Certaines lampes ne fonctionnent plus. Les lits grincent presque tous. Plusieurs portes ne ferment plus (portes décalées par rapport à l'encadrement). Dommage car la personne qui nous a accueilli était sympa, les maisons et le jardin spacieux. Un beau potentiel...

Summary: La maison et le jardin sot vraiment très agréables et propices à la détente. Le seul hic c'est la déco assez spartiate pour les chambres, et le manque d'entretien général de l'intérieur. De plus les WC sont dans la salle d'eau qui est elle-même dans une chambre. Alors pour 2 couples, c'est pas terrible!

Summary: La propriété des Tilleuls est un endroit superbe, au calme absolu ,avec un terrain plus que spacieux. Nous y avons passé 1 semaine très très agréable mais tenions tout de même à donner quelques points de détails qui ont toute leur importance selon nous: -lorsque vous louez un endroit comme celui-ci, c'est avant tout pour profiter de la piscine , ce que nous avons fait, mais la dite piscine est très mal entretenue, son eau est très trouble et manque cruellement de chlore , c'est évident. - le terrain n'était pas tondu à notre arrivée et le jour de notre départ le Monsieur en charge des clés nous a dit qu'il allait le faire après notre départ (c'est sympa pour les suivants mais nous aussi aurions souhaité profiter de ce bien être!) . Le terrain est immense et l'entretien en général laisse à désirer (pas de taille des haies, des mauvaises herbes, le lierre attaque un grand nombre d'arbres et de murets ;pourquoi ne pas employer un jardinier professionnel une bonne fois pour toute avant la saison afin de tailler tout cela? ce qui rendrait l'endroit tout à fait magnifique et bien plus accueillant ! -la terrasse est en cours de décrépitude , des morceaux de carrelage/pierre s'éclatent au fil des jours .Cela en devient presque dangereux avec des enfants... -le parasol est hors d'usage , il semble qu'il ait été réparé maintes fois mais pas de chance encore pour nous il était à nouveau cassé pour notre semaine ... -la chambre parentale comporte une armoire qui est aussi hors d'usage (portes cassées et déposées dans le coin près du mur, et la seule étagère encore disponible se trouve perchée à 1.90m de hauteur ... nous n'avons donc pas défait notre valise de la semaine... -le bac de douche de la salle de bains était crasseux à notre arrivée (jaune et noir).C'est inacceptable... -le four n'avait pas non plus été vérifié et nettoyé car lorsque nous avons voulu l'utiliser, les restes du plat préparé par nos prédécesseurs étaient encore présents sur le papier d'aluminium disposé sur la grille. ( encore une fois , devoir faire le ménage des prédécesseurs est inacceptable). Pour terminer, nous tenons à préciser que nous avons fait abstraction de tous ces inconvénients pour profiter au maximum de notre semaine. Nous avons apprécié ce cadre idyllique et l'espace immense de cette propriété ( les jeux pour enfants ont été d'ailleurs très appréciés!). Il ne faut cependant pas oublier d'entretenir et de gérer constamment ces beaux endroits afin de maintenir sans cesse les prestations que l'on est en droit d'attendre pour le budget dépensé.
