Summary: Fabulous house on a quaint little quiet cove in Lake Norman. The house was well-appointed with tons of amenities. Our kids loved the paddleboards, kayaks, and water guns and the parents loves the fenced yard and upstairs bunk rooms. We had a great stay!!

Summary: This is our third stay at License to Chill, which tells you something! We have loved every stay. The host is VERY responsive, and the place is beautiful and is on a peaceful cove. While there the power and internet went out due to a storm, and when the power came back on but the internet did not we contacted the host and Kerry was there within 15 minutes to help resolve the issue. Highly recommend staying there.

Summary: This property was perfect for our family. The family room and kitchen was large enough to accommodate us sitting down for dinner and watching TV in the evening. The water and dock were beautiful and they had everything we needed for our trip. Most important was the fact that they provided things that most don't such as shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea, honey and basic staples. we would definately book again. It was just as described!
