Positive: Very spacious and clean. It was in a nice location
Negative: The automatic door to the front of the building can’t be shut behind you, which meant one night when we tried to enter the building someone followed us in, started asking for drugs and was getting aggressive. If you have a shower the water goes all over the bathroom floor as the draining system isn’t very good. Requested a fan in our room ahead of time and there wasn’t one, so one had to be delivered the next day (during a heatwave). The partnership with the breakfast restaurant wasn’t great, although not the hotels fault, the service was terrible and €15 does not get you very far at all as it’s quite expensive. The curtains don’t go all the way across the windows, so there are random gaps throughout. The building overall is very run down and looks pretty sketchy inside, the lift is also hit and miss and we were concerned it was going to get stuck so we avoided using it after one use. Rooms are way too hot, the apartments need air-con not floor fans. Wasn’t a double bed, it was two single beds pushed together with separate covers for each bed.
Summary: It was okay, though I wouldn’t stay here again

Positive: The location is nice. Near the centre. The apartment actually is equipped with almost everything you need, clean and bright
Negative: The bed is too soft as to my opinion There was no broom, which I normally need to keep the floor clean, no kitchen ventilation It was very uncomfortable to dial this 9 digit code every time. The pad also does not give enough time to dial all the digits and you get angry when dialing 6 digits, looking in the phone for the rest 3 and the pad resets
