Summary: Property was perfect for our needs. Centrally located for graduation and distance from various other locations. We were only there for one night for a graduation. Worked great for us and grandparents to stay for an evening. It was a great value for the money.

Summary: A group of friends stayed here after running a race, and it was great for the 5 of us. I have stayed at this property before, and I would do it again! Jan is great to work with. The property is clean, has a cozy/comfortable vibe, and is a short drive to downtown Lincoln. We will be staying again! Thank you for a great place to rest!

Summary: This home was super-clean and newly renovated! We loved the location, so close to UNL so we could attend the football game and visit my nephew. Thank you for the added amenities, spices, creamer, coffee, oil for cooking and even a crock pot! We made carnitas!!

Summary: House was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and the location was great for what we needed it for. Host was very responsive. It looks a lot smaller from the outside, but it is surprisingly big once inside, and the privacy fenced in back yeard was a great bonus!

Summary: The house was the perfect size for my family for gravel worlds weekend. We stored our bikes in the garage and were able to rinse them off with the faucet and hose outside. The host responded quickly to questions. The location was great for our purpose - right in between the start of the race and downtown. I'm not sure if I would've picked that location if we weren't racing, but it was a great value and very clean.

Summary: This is a great gathering spot for extended family - super clean and amazing space. We had people ages 18 to 84! Also so handy to campus and Haymarket without being right in all of the chaos! Loved our stay.

Summary: Clean and updated! The kitchen, dining rom, and living room are all connect making it ideal for everyone to have a conversation. The dining table the fit 8 adults very comfortably. unfortunately the weather was not nice, so we were unable to enjoy the beautiful backyard. The three bedrooms upstairs were good size and the beds were comfortable. Downstairs was perfect! Lots of room and very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. Suggestion to the host: get a baby gate for the stairs going down to the basement. I read in the reviews that the stair case is in the kitchen w/ a door but we brought a baby gate and that was very beneficial. Love this place and would recommend!
