Positive: Unexpected levels of comfort, cleanliness, hospitality, efficiency, courtesy, design. And quiet!
Negative: The breakfast room is not equipped with enough tables and chairs. While beautifully decorated, it was a little crowded. We know how difficult it is to keep track of but there were obviously guests hosting large families to "free" breakfast from outside the hotel. This may not be a big impact on the hotel but the staff was struggling to keep enough food available. (It was Christmas so this is probably not a common problem). There was some trash accumulating in the parking lot which is not a good look. Otherwise very clean! When wet, the floors near the doors are very slippery and there were no mats.

Positive: We liked the separated bedroom/bathroom from the living/kitchen areas. Would be really good for a long stay with a real kitchen, with cooktop, dishwasher and full fridge
Negative: When we checked in, at 440pm (40 minutes after listed check in time) we got our keys and took the elevator up to our room. When we got to our room, the door was open and housekeeping was still cleaning our room. The ladies apologized and went and got a few more ladies from another room to tackle ours to get it ready for us. They were fantastic and very apologetic, but it's pretty crappy that the front desk girl sent us to a room that wasn't ready yet. She seemed more interested in her phone and seemed upset that we were "interrupting her"
Summary: Nice place for a long weekend, or longer.

Positive: Cleanliness, wonderful breakfast, rooms were so comfortable and quiet. The bed alone was extremely comfortable and we love having a kitchenette -- especially the ice maker in the refrigerator option.
Negative: the only thing I didn't care for was the complication with figuring out the the tv. some channels weren't available on the 2nd tv - guide was the same. not sure what that was about.

Positive: Good breakfast, great staff. I never made it back in time for the social hour but I’ve heard it was good. I love the small kitchen and the bed was extremely comfortable. My only issue was I saw a big that looked like a beetle but wasn’t and it wasn’t a cockroach but either way, there was a large bug crawling in the bathroom area. Of the four nights I was there, I only saw it once on the first night. There was construction on the building going on and obvious improvements happening. I wouldn’t hesitate to book another week there again.
Negative: The one bug I saw.

Positive: Breakfast was hot, great and delicious. In a full kitchen suite the breakfast menu is on your full sized refrigerator in your kitchen.
Negative: I loved everything about our 8 day stay! Location, suite, amenities, pool, hot tub, free washer and dryer, gym, happy hour. Amazing stay.
Summary: Left rested and relaxed because it was a awesome stay.
