The space
Stunningly restored 1920s colonial in the heart of Kilmarnock, Virginia. Enjoy peace and charm under the shady trees of Little Grove. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath featuring a gourmet kitchen, large back patio with Weber grill, fully fenced private half-acre backyard (dogs okay!) and a relaxing screened porch.
Two minute walk to the shops and dining in the adorable town of Kilmarnock and a short drive to the rest of the Northern Neck.
Community park w/dog park, public library, grocery store, and much more...all less than a mile away.
Bring your boat and launch it at one of the nearby boat launches during the day, store it on our ~75 foot driveway in the evening.
Enjoy all that Virginia's River Realm has to offer- including incredible seafood and dining, endless coastline, fishing, boating, and seasonal events!
Other things to note: due to limited local trash pickup, guests will be asked to remove trash upon checkout OR request an alternate arrangement with the host.

Summary: Wonderful historic home, beautifully updated. Perfect for six people. All the modern amenities and everything works!.Very centrally located, easy access to stores, shops and restaurants. I recommend 74 Church St. to anyone who has occasion to visit the Northern Neck. You'll be happy with your choice.

Summary: This house is very clean and comfortable. We stayed for a few nights and enjoyed the large backyard which was fully fenced and allowed us to let our dog run around. The deck and porch have great seating options and the interior of the house is equally as comfortable and well designed.
