Our suite is centrally located on Vancouver Island, just a 10 minute drive to downtown Parksville and world famous beaches. Our property is fully fenced and gated so you can relax and feel safe and secure. Just down the road are numerous hiking and biking trails, as well as North Island Recovery Center and Errington Farmers Market (May-Sept). Take a drive also to the whimsical Goats on the roof Market, a mere 10 minute drive, where you can shop for fresh produce and groceries as well as browse the unique shops. If you are looking for a challenge, take a walk up Little Mountain road and get to the Look Out spot once you make it. Incredible views of green forest and snow capped mountains. Or just drive up for easier access. THE SPACE- Our 3 year old suite is 925 sq ft. and has 1 very large bedroom with king size bed and large walk in closet with tons of room to unpack your stuff. The walk in closet also boasts a vanity table with make up mirror. Bathroom has the full size washer and dryer and a large walk in tiled shower. Hair dryer, Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash are provided for those that forgot to pack them. Our kitchen has all the standard full size appliances along with a beverage fridge and Keurig coffee maker and fully stocked for you to make meals. There is a dining table that folds out to accommodate 4 people, or for more casual eating, pull up to the kitchen island. Living room is where you will find the queen size cabinet bed for additional guests or kids. This cabinet bed will fit in the master bedroom and can be moved ahead of time if requested. There is a large 55" Roku TV in living room for all your streaming needs. Guest mode will allow you to sign into all your own streaming services and set a sign out date for when you leave. High speed dedicated Wi-Fi is provided also. Outside there is a southern exposure deck with table, chairs and umbrella. A heat pump will ensure you are warm in winter and cool in summer. GETTING AROUND-A vehicle is required as there is no near by transit.
