You will fall in love with gorgeous Little Peppi Cottage! Its relaxed, beachy style and luxurious touches and beautiful artworks make it the ultimate choice for a romantic getaway or special weekend with friends in Dunsborough.
The little cottage is less than 500m from the beach and set in the middle of a large tree-lined block, complete with vegetable garden and numerous outdoor seating areas. Small families will enjoy the lovely manicured gardens and lawns and the fact it’s located just two streets back from Dunsborough’s main beach and popular Centennial Park beachfront playground.
Leave the car at home and walk to the beach or into town, just five minutes away, or bring your bikes and cycle leisurely along the coastal path to explore the sandy coves and picnic areas along the Dunsborough foreshore. What a fantastic location!
The modern kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering stay as well as a dishwasher, Nespresso pod coffee machine, coffee plunger, teapot, lovely serving platters plus a full sized fridge. The beachy backyard alfresco and BBQ areas are just perfect for a fully cooked breakfast or dinner overlooking the pretty garden.
Your comfort is assured all year round with reverse cycle air-conditioning in the open-plan living area. The open fire is only for use between the months of May and September. Wood can be purchased from the local service station.
Bedroom and bathroom linen is included however please bring your own beach towels.

Coastal midges and mosquitos are a part of life in the South-West, especially at dusk. They are very attracted to inside lights at night.
We recommend that you keep doors and windows without screens closed to avoid insects entering the house. The best health advice is to wear long, loose clothing when outdoors and use insect repellant.

Summary: Over the last 2 months we have stayed in 10 similar properties and this was the best experience. Great location, very quite and equipped with everything you need. The cottage is charming and tastefully decorated with a great outdoor seating area where we spent most of our time. We will definitely visit again on our return to WA next year.

Summary: Very well appointed and comfortable. Whilst it is advertised with aa fireplace, wood is not provided. This was a little misleading as I discovered this in the finer detail.

Summary: Lovely little home, equipped with everything we needed. Beautifully presented. For the time we were staying another towel each would have been appreciated. The tv remote didn’t work, had to operate it manually to turn on and off. Just the two little niggily things which are really quite minor - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, location was perfect, garden lovely, proximity to beach and town centre easy walking distance. Will come back again!
