Comfortably sleeps 3 families with 7 bedrooms, 3 lounges, separate surround sound cinema and games room with pool table. 14 beds so you can manage your group between singles, queens and king size beds. One of the only properties this size, that is walking distance to Dunsborough, on the beach and with fantastic ocean views. This huge beachfront property is the perfect stay for families.
Enjoy a glass of WAs finest as you take in the sunsets from the sea-facing balcony. Entertain your family and friends and gather around the 12-seater outdoor table.
The large kitchen, also with ocean views, is an entertainer's delight. With 7 bedrooms, 3 lounges, 3 family rooms, a games room with surround sound cinema, pool and foosball table, and a jacuzzi there is no shortage of possibilities.
As you enter the property there is a double lock up garage for your use. On the ground floor you will find 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and corner jacuzzi and a separate toilet, as well as a sunken lounge room equipped with a TV and bar.
Further down the corridor is a third double bedroom with adjoining lounge, bathroom and shower - a perfect granny flat for those who want some space from the rest of the group!
Just outside is a detached family room with 110 inch screen and cinema, pool table, foosball and air hockey table.
Upstairs in the main house, is a huge kitchen with sea views, a dining area seating 12 people and a large lounge room with 3 x 3-seater couches.

Summary: Excellent property for family, from 3 year old great grand daughter, teenagers and others of all ages to us 2 80 year olds celebrating our 80th year. The games room was great catering for all ages and across the road to the ocean for a swim and a bit of fishing, the walk into town was a pleasant 20-30 minutes.

Summary: We celebrated an 80th birthday with our family. The 7 bedrooms were well positioned and more than adequate number of sitting areas, although we used the main area and balcony most of the time. There was everything you could possibly need and more to enjoy your time there. Would highly recommend it and hope we have an opportunity to use it again.
