Summary: This is the third time we have all stayed at this house. The house is very spacious and has everything you could need. Bedrooms well appointed and in a great location to walk into town. The host is always quick to answer any questions you have. Will definitely be staying there again.

Summary: The UBH easily catered to all of our needs for spaces to come together and celebrate as well as space for ourselves. It was clean, bright, stylish and facilitated a relaxing and luxurious feeling trip away to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday with a total of 7 adults and 3 children aged between 4-1years old. The host provided a highchair and cot, set up beautifully. The kitchen was fully equipped and suited the requirements of the private chef we booked from LAGOON Thank you for providing the perfect setting for the best trip!

Summary: Stayed here for the second year running with five couples family and friends. House is very functional to have some quite time to your self. Everything you could want and more. So close to town and a walk along the foreshore. Will be going again for sure.

Summary: This property is perfectly located close to the beach and on the end of Main Street in Dunsborough which made it easy to go out for morning coffees and dinners. The property itself is great. It’s so big and spacious which is perfect for families. The rooftop terrace was such a brilliant feature and the perfect spot for an afternoon drink or just for relaxation. We used Epicuriosity catering for my mothers Valentine’s Day 60th birthday and they did an incredible job! So efficient and professional and the food was delicious. All in all we all had a fabulous stay here and would definitely come again if we have a big group of us.
