Positive: Little Saxby was the perfect rental for our 3 nights stay allowing us to visit the children and Grand Children living in Crowborough. The cottage was very well equipped and to high standard. The patio garden was perfect for the Aperitif, breakfast or dining al fresco and the garden is so well kept, a real paradise. Beautiful view, private parking and welcoming pack are part of the deal too. Lovely scents too throughout the whole house. The Nespresso machine was a plus and made me feel home (if I knew, I would have brought my capsules with me, but the owners have thought about everything and they were complimentary ones). Thank you Roy for being there whenever needed. Keep up the good work and hope to see you again next year.

Positive: A wonderful care package was included, bread, butter, marmalade/jam. Tea, coffee, milk. 2 Beers and a fully stocked kitchen with appliances to enable home cooking as needed. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable bed and superb duvet and pillows. Bathroom was big and spacious. Views from bedroom window excellent. All in all an excellent apartment to use I'd you want to explore Sussex/Kent National Trust Properties or was a close London link.

Positive: the apartment was outstanding and probably the best one we've stayed in All the little things made it a home from home and was an ideal base for a trip down memory lane. I would highly recommend it. The host was very friendly and helpful too.

Positive: The whole place is just beautiful and a lot bigger than it seems in the photos. There are so many lovely details and it's very well equipped. We had everything we needed and more. Roy was a very nice and welcoming host. The area is quiet and the view from the bedroom is just beautiful.

Negative: We were given the incorrect number by Bookin.com for the key lock. We had to wait 30 mins outside the house until the owner returned.

Positive: Little Saxby was cosy and warm with great facilities. It was immaculately clean with lovely little personal touches. It felt like a home from home. The view out of the window on my last morning was just stunning!
Negative: I can’t say anything negative about the property.
