This is a with 1 bedroom, fireplace and a front kitchen..It is located on our property and close to Beaches And historic Brooksville.We are only 10 minutes away from Weeki Wachee and easy access to Orlando or Tampa. Nestled in the country..There is an outdoor kitchen and shower, Fire pit , BBQ Grill ..There is room for 2 adults or 1 adult and child . chickens and dogs as well..Come check us out
Important note ..If you book for longer than 14 days we will pay for one septic pumpout..Any additional pumpouts will be your responsibility..IT is $106 per pump out..For stays longer than 30 days we will pay for the first propane fills..If they need to be filled after that you will be responsible for filling them...There will also be an additional $100 cleaning charge for any stay longer than 30 days..

Summary: Everything you can think of was provided. Including cookout and fire pit supplies. The inside immaculate and everything in working order. The owners gracious and friendly. I plan to return if that means anything. 🥰 the goats a chickens were a bonus. So much fun!

Summary: My daughter and I were in the middle of a 2 week visit with friends and family in FL. I was looking for a few days away from the crazy so we could unwind and relax together on our own schedule. This was PERFECT! It is close to anything you might want to do (we did WeekiWachee, mini golf and hiked at Crews Park) and anything you might need (grocery, etc) but also feels like you have escaped from it all at the same time! The farm setting is peaceful and the RV is super roomy with a FULL bathroom!!! Highly recommend this property and we will stay here again when we make our next trip to FL!

Summary: When I booked the stay, I did not give my wife all the details. So she was a little surprised when pulled into the property. But pleasantly so. We have not stayed in an RV like this before. So it was new to us and we enjoyed the evening. We tried to build a fire in the provided fire pit, but had trouble finding enough dry wood. If I had known in advance, I would have picked up some from the hardware store. The only down side was, and maybe because the commode was new to us, we got some sewer smells into the bedroom. After a few minutes though, it went away. Then we slept very well. We'll be back again when we visit that area.

Summary: The property and camper were amazing, Tammie, Henry and his mother were so kind and made our stay just so relaxing. We loved feeding and playing with the goats. The surroundings felt like you were away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life but come to find out your close to anything you need. We will definitely stay again, thanks for a wonderful time

Summary: Property n trailor was very nice n clean we stayed 5 days but on monday night the septic started to smell really bad i told the owner on. Tuesday morning. About it. We left wednesday and it was smelling still smelling horrible. In there if we had to be in florida longer we would have went somewhere else. Other then that. We loved the place

Summary: This property was clean and comfortable! Exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling. We slept great in the comfortable queen bed! It was peaceful and quiet. Everything we needed was provided. We went out to visit the farm animals each morning! A little piece of country life!
