Positive: Ogunquit is beautiful.
Negative: There were no instructions on how to use the key fob to open the gate. Twice I called Vacasa and was disconnected; call was not returned. Needed a resident to assist us. Directions to unit were not accurate nor sensible. A 10-digit code to unlock the door in the dark is ridiculous. Unclear as to where to find trash disposal; once located -disgusting. No ceiling blades on the fan in 2nd bedroom. Toilet paper roll dispenser falling off wall. No reading lamp on nite stand in 2nd bedroom; ceiling light does not reflect light on bottom bunk. Hall light did not work. Floor grout needs a major cleaning. Way too many hoops to jump through to get to the unit. Also, booking.com links are broken when included in email received. It's impossible to give accurate license plate information ahead of time when renting a car at the airport - fix your process.
