The beds were comfortable and the rooms were bright and cheerful. I used the washer and dryer with no problems. The only problem was the drain in the MB bathtub. I didn’t report the problem until we left.

Convenient to Duvall St and Truman Waterfront park. Would book again.

Summary: Location was excellent! Home was comfortable. Access to pool & bikes was great for our teenagers. Thanks for a great stay. Comment: the shower door is off the track in the master at the top of the stairs and sink stopper needs repair.

Was great to be near everything whle still remote. QUick bike ride to beach. Owner was helpful when we didn't have a parking pass. Could invest in some new beach towels (current were tattered) and bath towels (current were very rough). Also outside furniture could be cleaned up as some of the cushions had ants all over them. Lastly, would invest in some new pans/cooking sheets and silverware. There were only four forks - three small and one regular so we constantly had to clean them. THe little extras (some spices and possibly a couple of coffee kcups) could go a long way. Otherwise -a great place to rent and worked out well for our family of four!

Reviewer Comments: Kokomo Korner is in an excellent location and has plenty of room to spread out. Parking is easy and right in front of the condo. The pool was serene and well kept. The condo itself was nice. Comfortable furniture, clean, with bedrooms large enough to move around in. The bathrooms attached to each bedroom were nice and the laundry upstairs made it very convenient. There is a half bath downstairs so you don't have to constantly run up and down steps. The only drawbacks were, the back desk may want for an umbrella and made a lounge chair? The only negatives we ran into was the construction outside the condo which is next to the gate to the complex that stayed paddle locked. The construction made it impossible to sleep in and the gate inconvenienced the access the main street outside. However, I know these things are temporary and this too shall pass. We had a great time and Tracy is ALWAYS accommodating and so easy to work with.
