Summary: This house was great! Our family group of 7 was quite comfortable with plenty of room, lots of amenities, and a fun game room downstairs. Gary made checking in so easy, and we got a prompt response to the only question we had. My only possible complaint is having to buy several beach towels almost every time we come to the Cape. It would be nice if there were some we could use at the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Great for our group of 5 couples. We walked to town, oyster pond, the baseball game and even a long walk to lighthouse beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals. Plenty of seating at the outdoor dining table, indoor dining table, outside relaxing and inside to play board games. Our favorite home with staying in Chatham for the last 24 years.

Summary: It's True! Location! Location! Location! .. we enjoyed walking to Main Street Chatham each morning for coffee, to CBI, to grocery/pharmacy and back to Main St for dinner .. it was a very spacious home, everyone was comfortable and it was an added pleasure that all linens were supplied. We would definitely rent again.
