Summary: Host Susan allowed us to check in early which really added to the value of this rental. We have been staying in Chatham for years and this was by far the nicest property we’ve had. I would say this listing is almost elegant and was above my expectations.

Summary: Beautiful place with a quiet location just off Main Street. With some rainy weather we spent more time inside than we usually would in the middle of the summer. With an open floor plan the kitchen was perfect for cooking and hanging out with the family. Susan was available, dependable and very accommodating if we needed anything before and during our stay. Highly recommend as we plan on returning next summer!
