Positive: Had to come into Philly last minute and found this place available. The king size bed was comfortable and the apartment style suite was clean and plenty of space for me. I enjoyed my time despite it being quick, but would come back again if I'm in the area.

Positive: Love the location of the property and the convenience to be able to get around. It was very clean uncomfortable.
Negative: Only thing I didn’t like about the property was that I seen two bucks, but I did not pay any of mine to it just knowing that I am in the middle of the city, but other than that, there was nothing not to like about this property
Summary: Overall, my state was just wonderful. I will be back and rent again.

Positive: The management staff was so prompt in responding to questions , friendly and accommodating! The property was clean and beds were comfortable. Our room was remodeled, smelled nice and water pressure in the bathroom was great!! There was a cool ice cream/hotdog stand right across the street 😊
Negative: There was a strong smell of weed outside the building
Summary: We would stay again when we visit our grandson

Positive: It was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the towels and wash cloths were great.
Negative: No address on the Apt door (I was at the next door apt. trying to get in. I could've got shot trying a strangers door. The hallway to the building and the apartment itself smelled like smoke. ( It's supposed to be non-smoking) The door didn't lock properly to the apt. The location was not the greatest, and I honestly a little unsafe. You guys gave a quiet time (9pm to 8am), but at 2am their were folks outside the building yelling and having loud conversations. Sorry to sound so negative, but as a person who has never booked any type of air bnb or anything similar but a hotel room...my first experience wasn't the greatest.

Positive: The location was great! Very close to public transportation including bus and train into the city. Management was prompt with their responses to every question that we had. Everything was clean and comfortable. It felt spacious with 2 rooms and a kitchen. We loved the skylights in the bathroom. We would definitely book again.
Negative: It didn't have quite enough TP for a family of 4, but we understand the need to keep costs down.
