Summary: We spent a week in this very cosy nice well equipped apartment. Mr. Ring welcomed us and we felt very much "at home". Very good shopping 5km from apartment. Very quiet place and very green surroundings. We highly recommend this place. Only thing to improove is the internet connection which is a bit slow.....but that is actually nice sometimes. Not far from Strassbourg, many cultural sites and good local restaurants.....as we highlight "wd loved our stay".

Summary: We stayed here for visiting the Christmas Market in Strasbourg. The accommodation is even better than the pictures show. Matthieu is a great host, very friendly and had a lot of tips regarding Christmas Markets in Alsace. Thanks again for the great hospitality, we enjoyed every minute of it.

Summary: We stayed in this lovely village from 13 to 20 June 2022 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The countryside is gorgeous and the host and other villagers were most helpful. Without doubt this is the most lavishly equipped Gite we have ever stayed in and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it.

Summary: We had a great stay at "Le repaire de Camille" and very much enjoyed the calm of the village and the comfort of the apartment. Northern Alsace has a lot to offer in the autumn and Birkenwald is well placed to go and see things and also for simply relaxing and taking strolls in the nearby woods. We very much appreciated the great service of Matthieu offering wine samples and bread deliveries every morning except Monday. Matthieu is easy to get in touch with and offers advice on local shops and restaurants (we had the chance to go to Restaurant Les Vosges in the village with excellent game on the menu).

Summary: Very quiet place where can be to enjoy natur and nearest beautiful cities. Fit for lovers of wine, as wine road starts very near. The property has everything for the good relax.

Summary: Matthieu was a wonderful host. And The Loft is superb. Exactly as it looks in the photos. And the peace!!!! It was great value for money. Matthieu offered us some great advice on the local evening festivals and you can even order fresh bread and croissants which will be delivered to the property. If you want to get away from it all this place is a must.

Summary: The gite is beautifuly located in Birkenwald, a quiet little town. It''s exactly as the pictures with 3 spacious bedrooms and a huge open kitchen. Host Mathieu was realy nice and helped us with options to visit and see. Would definitely come back here.
