4 Bedroom Cabin in Waubun

You will have an outstanding time during your log cabin stay on scenic Juggler Lake in Northern Minnesota! Located approximately 220 miles northwest of the Twin Cities, the property includes two homes. The main cabin is located on the lake and includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms one with a copper soaking tub, a large open kitchen and dining area, and a sleeping loft. The deck faces west and offers dramatic sunset views in the early evenings.
If your group needs some additional space or just wants some extra room and privacy, we offer an optional additional smaller carriage house, VRBO listing #1052954, that is just across the road from the main cabin and includes a full kitchen two bedrooms, two baths the master includes a copper soaking tub as well as a porch off the master bedroom. The carriage house is tucked away in the midst of maples, basswoods, aspens, and bur oak trees. Outside the backyard to the east are acres and acres of public land and solitude. The carriage house is available for rent for an additional fee or on its own at a lower rate for those who do not want or need access the lake. The carriage house is not lakefront, only the cabin is.
Juggler Lake is a hidden gem of Northern Minnesota. The lake boasts exceptional water clarity and offers a diverse array of fish to test your skills with a rod and reel. Small mouth bass, northern pike, walleye, and abundant pan fish. The lake is also the home to nesting loons, bald eagles, otters, beaver, white tailed deer, wild turkeys, numerous song birds and black bears. There are miles of ATV trails off the lake road. In the autumn, many hunters take to the woods in the surrounding forests to pursue white tailed deer, ruffed grouse, and black bear.
The property is conveniently located approximately 20 miles from the south entrance to Itasca State Park and two miles from the Heartland Trail. Enjoy outdoor Minnesota and its history at the nearby parks, trails and landmarks or the quaint shops and restaurants of nearby Park Rapids.

Summary: If you are looking for a quite retreat, this is it. There is fishing , fire pit, and a beautiful cabin. My family loves log cabin and this is one of the nicest ones we have ever stayed at. We where looking for a place to reset after a gravy busy summer. This was just what we needed. I would strongly recommend it for any family get away.

Summary: Impeccably clean, comfortable, and a beautiful setting. My only critique- we are all seniors and lack of railings on the steps to the downstairs bedrooms made access to the those bedrooms a bit dicey.

Summary: We enjoyed our visit to this cabin. While we went during a colder time of year, my husband and sons still were able to take the paddle boat and canoe out and enjoyed fishing. The lake is beautiful and clean. The screened in porch could use a little TLC- a lot of the screens need repair. The cabin itself though was beautiful. Very clean throughout and had more than enough space for all 7 of us. We would return here again.

Summary: This was a beautiful cabin that had a great set up for adults with young children. There were plenty of bedrooms with bunkbeds downstairs, a play loft with books and toys, TV, huge table, large kitchen, and treats for adults like the fireplace and large soaking tub. We had two families with 7 children total, ages 2-13. Plenty of great hunting and fishing near by. Good fishing for the kids on the lake. No one was bored. Good outdoor space and lake shore. We will definitely stay again!
