Positive: This peace of paradise is for all real nature lover..crew was nice, very peaceful place with lot of possibility to explore. Beautiful village in mangrov Ambalaonko is near and you can learn real domestik staff. Amorese is great friend and our guide. And forest is miracle, with all giants trees and funny animals.

Negative: We didn't understand politics of lodge. In beginning when we ask for lunch and dinner, because this is very important, because lodge is very isolated and you don't have a lot of options, we get answer that you can't order food, they said that everyone get the same food. But we explore that some new clients get fish, when you get pasta with just little bit of meat amd poor portions of salad. And this didn't happened only one time so we didn't feel comfortable with that, because we rent place on almost 3 weeks and not ones somebody ask us do you have some wish what you want to eat so we decide last 7 days to eat in neighbourhood lodge, where was a cheapest meal and you could order fish, octopus, shrimps and portions was always big with 3 different salat included.

Positive: It is an eco-lodge, so being close to nature was wonderful, you can hear the animals in the forest at night. Mohammed, the owner was attentive and went the extra mile. There is no menu, they cook freshly every day and everyone eats the same food - having said that, the food was exceptional with a varied meal which always included fish, salad, and fruit. It felt like home from home. We went with a local guide, Kyle, from the village for a forest walk, he was knowledgeable and gave us a lot of interesting information.

Negative: Our bungalow was right on the beach - which was fantastic - only disadvantage was the toilet was separate. This is because of the eco-lodge, they work on a septic tank, so the loo needs to be higher up, so understandable - if you want a toilet in the bungalow, then request one higher up. And perhaps bring some toilet paper with you. :-)

Summary: Totally relaxing and close to nature.
