Positive: What a magical place. We had the most relaxing few days staying at this gorgeous house, with Sam treating us to truly epic feasts everyday - think smoked swordfish, sole meunière, banana flambé - enjoyed looking out over spectacular sunsets on Nosy Komba. Lots of fresh fish, fruit, little lizards, sunshine and smiles. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Positive: Madabay’s Lodge is an exceptional guesthouse. The location is absolutely amazing, not touristic yet stunning. The house is literally on the beach, in a calm area where only locals live. Everything is clean, beautifully decorated, cosy yet modern. The sea view is gorgeous.

Positive: Our stay was nothing short of magical. It delivers on every level: serene setting, calm and clean beach, exceptional design (every detail is so thoughtfully curated!) and great food. But the true gem of the place are its hosts: amazing Marylin and her son Sam -so warm and hospitable! This place alone was visiting Nosy Be, unforgettable experience!

Positive: Our experience at Madabay’s Lodge was outstanding. Maryline is an amazing host who helped us organize every detail of our trip, including transportation and local excursions. All the tours we booked through her were excellent and very well arranged. Her son Sam, made every meal special and paid close attention to our culinary preferences. Both Maryline and Sam were always available, warm, and made us feel completely at home. They are truly wonderful people. A true paradise with amazing hospitality – highly recommended!
