Positive: First of all, Monica, the host, is a wonderful person. She always provided prompt assistance throughout my stay. This was the best value for money among the many places I've stayed in London in the last three months. I stayed alone in a quadruple room with a garden view. It was very comfortable, with a nice double bed and a study/living room. The shared kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The area is quiet and peaceful. The tram stop is just a 3-5-minute walk away, and transfers are easy to get to central London. It's also very close to the center of New Addington, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

Negative: Everything was good enough for me. So I don t have any negative comment here.

Summary: A great choice for families, couples and solo travelers!

Positive: Our stay was very pleasant. The rooms were quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. The manager of the building was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We loved the quick access and close location to the grocery stores and the tram. It made Life convenient to be able to walk to stores or the tram. This property sits on the back of a nature preserve which was truly spectacular. The nature preserve has beautiful walking trails.

Negative: The only negative that I can think of was the location was quite a ways out of London. It might be better to rent a car than depend on mass transit if you want to go into London quite a lot. Mass transit was wonderful; the trains and the trams, but quite expensive.

Positive: A neat room, clean and bright. Comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything for cooking. Very friendly owner Monica was in touch all the time. 5 minutes from the house there is a tram stop and buses to the station in the center of London. Thank you. The stay was cozy and comfortable
