There are two golf clubs and a driving range within walking distance of the house—35 minutes to Liverpool Street by train. One king-size bed and one double room- a fold-out bed, are also provided at the property. Sleeping a total of 5 people. Clean, lovely house.

Summary: Visiting Chingford (where I'm from) From New Zealand is a pain, so having somewhere comfortable in a good location helped a lot! Rebecca's house was lovely, spacious and comfortable - and Rebecca is an accommodating host! The location was perfect with easy access into central London, for those days when we didn't want to travel into central we were able to explore the beauty of Epping forest as it was on our doorstep! I highly recommend the property and we will most certainly be booking again soon!

It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The host, Rebecca, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She was prompt and friendly in her communication, and her recommendations for local attractions and dining were spot-on. We truly appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile to make our visit memorable. The location of this Vrbo was ideal - nestled in a quiet neighbourhood, yet still within easy reach of all the major attractions of London. We enjoyed strolling through the nearby parks and exploring the charming streets filled with local boutiques and cafes. It truly gave us a glimpse into the authentic local experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Vrbo and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city. Summary: We spent 4 nights in this house and we really enjoyed it.Everything was provided. The house was clean. We were 5 people, the house is actually suitable for 4 people. One of our children slept in the living room, on a folding bed. It is an attractive house, not big, not new, but completely fine. The train from Chingford to central London runs regularly. Station is 15 minutes walk from the house.

Summary: My family had a really good break here. The place was very clean and tidy and was well appointed. We even enjoyed a sunny afternoon bbq in the garden. Rebecca is a great host.

Summary: The house has every thing you need. It is very clean and modern. A nice garden and perfect bed. You can park your car free. It is 15 minutes walk for shopping (big store) and the overground to London (30 minutes to Liverpool Station, 3,10 poinds). We had a wunderfull time. The contact with Rebecca was quick and perfect. Thanks a lot Rebecca.
