I love the property as it is very located to the landed ocean. You well love it because it is near to transportation, You can even walk to the train station, walking distance to restaurants, cafee, rentals channel , beach, boutiques and bars.
We have video camera outside the property.
About the space
Beautiful newly renovated large one bedroom apt. on ground floor of private home. Contemporary furnishings and new kitchen and bathroom in cool design. Very light with large windows in every room and wood blinds for privacy. Relax in private decked yard area wih new gas bar bque and enclosed outdoor shower. Bedroom has closets and plenty of dressers. Fully furnished with coffemaker, iron, blow dryer, clean white sheets and towels.
There is a bike rental close by.
he boardwalk is 3 blocks to south and a nice place for a ride where you can stop at upscale restaurant and bar to enjoy the view. Yard available for barbecue with outdoor shower and hose use and is great for after beach. Flat screen T.V. and WiFi available. Perfect location within walking distance to restaurants, bars, pharmacy, gourmet shops and boutiques. You can walk along the bay area to the recreation center where there is indoor pool ,gym and steam room, playground and fishing pier. Local and MTA bus depot , along with LIRR , Penn Station 45 min taxi service 3 blocks away, JFK airport 30 min. drive

Summary: We had a great weekend !! The owners were so nice , very welcoming !! The accommodations were wonderful !! The decor , the cleanliness ... surpassed our expectations. They supplied everything you could need. We would most definitely book this apartment again !!! Hopefully we can make it back in the near future . We had an awesome experience !! Thanks Again... for your wonderful hospitality. : )

Summary: Located on a quiet block with ample street parking. During the summer in Long Beach parking can be an issue. Renovated lower level unit with everything you need for your stay. Kitchen with new appliances. Clean bathroom with a big shower. Enough room space for myself and two kids. Storage provided in the backyard for bike storage. The boardwalk is quick ride away or bike trail along the bay. Kenny and Judy are great owners who are quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We can't wait for our next trip to Long Beach.

Summary: The apartment was nice, everything looked brand new. It definitely would stay again. I'm originally from the town and need somewhere to while back for a wedding weekend. I wish I had been given a little more info though. There's a dog that lives with the owners upstairs that is very friendly and cute. But he barks a little much in the mornings. Also it's a basement apt so the phone reception wasn't very good, if at all. I liked the place and had a great time, just stuff I wished I knew ahead of time.

Summary: We really felt right at home. We were able to walk to the beach and the bay. There was shopping close by. We would definitely rent again if we are in the area.

Summary: We booked this rental on a whim and boy are we glad! Newly and perfectly renovated in mid-century beach modern, the apartment made us feel like locals. The owners took extra care to make sure we had everything we needed, and even hooked us up with great bike rentals at the local cycling shop (they have a family connection). We loved the hip, comfy furnishings, the deck / garden, and late night binge-watching on the giant 60" TV. It's just a short bike ride to the boardwalk and the beach - and two beach passes are included. Lovely space – we'd definitely go back!
