Summary: Great location by Long Beach airport. We actually watched planes land from our room! Not noisy! Beautiful pool area outside! Also has indoor pool. The Mexican restaurant Tamarindo’s was actually quite good! We had the chicken tortilla soup and nachos. The Wait staff was friendly and attentive. The check-in was seamless and the clerks welcomed us every time we walked into the hotel! Close to the 405 Freeway. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Summary: A very nice 24 hour stay. Very clean, friendly staff, breakfast buffet was delicious. It will be my go to when I’m in Long Beach to see my granddaughter perform at CSULB. That will be pretty often.

Summary: Checking in was easy, room was clean, staff was friendly. Only issue was our room key stop working. I went downstairs to the lobby and they reprogrammed by key but it still didnt work. I called front desk from the hallway phone and we had to wait in the hot hallway for about 20 minutes for maintenance to come up to our room and change out the battery on the card reader so they can let us in. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Summary: The hotel needs updating. The pool area and gym was really nice. The breakfast area furniture needs a make over, as the leather/pleather chairs were chaffing. The breakfast food was not good, lacked seasoning, cold, and lacked choices. Not worth the money. The rooms needed some updated, as the tub had several chips in the paint. The bed was uncomfortably lumpy. The location is. very close to the airport and you can hear the airplanestaking off and landing. Not much to do inthe immediate area. I was there for a conference. So it served its purpose. I would not recommend the hotel. Too many better choices for the cost.

Summary: The hotel room met my needs very well. It was clean and I was able to customize the temperature of my room. The staff at the hotel were so nice and helpful. I would give them a raise!
