Beautiful, year round log cabin on the Moose River on Moosehead lake in Rockwood, Maine. Sleeps 8 comfortably. 6 adult maximum. There are 3 bedrooms and a loft. The two bedrooms downstairs have queen size beds. The upstairs bedroom has a two sets of bunk beds, twin over twin and twin over full. All mattresses are new. Loft has a queen size pull out sofa.The cabin is situated approx. 1/4 mile upriver from the mouth of lake. Cell phone and internet available. Great room has cathedral ceilings, large windows, a loft and a pellet stove for chilly evenings. Fully equipped kitchen, tv/vcr/dvd, washer/drier. There is a Webber gas grill and picnic table for cook-outs on the large wrap around deck overlooking the Moose River. A fire pit is in yard. There is a new dock with steps for easier access located on the property. We have a pontoon boat available for rental. Call Charlie for information. 860-268-3996.
