Los Cortijos 58 has 2 large bedrooms and will sleep 4 adults, either as 2 double or twin bedrooms.
Set over 2 floors the house has a large reception/dining room.
There is an open east facing terrace beautifully furnished with outside seating, dining table and chairs and a high quality Weber gas barbecue for outside cooking.
There is also another terrace to the side of the house which enjoys sun throughout the day.
There is a large well maintained L-shaped garden with extensive planting and fabulous views to the marina and the sea.
Sun loungers and a parasol are provided for the garden.
The top quality kitchen is fitted with the following appliances:
American style fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven and microwave oven, dishwasher.
The adjacent service room has a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.
The bathrooms also enjoy a very high standard of finish and equipment including separate power showers in both bathrooms and a jacuzzi bath in the master bathroom.
Our 2 luxury houses are adjacent to the exclusive Club de Golf La Reserva in the Los Cortijos de la Reserva development that has been built in a traditional Andalusian style to resemble a small Moorish village, and is set in a private gated community, with 24 hour security guard. In this elevated area of Sotogrande Alto, Los Cortijos de la Reserva enjoys panoramic views to Gibraltar, Puerto Sotogrande, the Mediterranean and Africa. There is a communal pool for the use of residents and guests which is only a short walk away (less than 1 minute), and La Reserva Golf, Tennis and Padel and Beach Club are walking distance as are the stables at Sotogrande Hipica, it is 5 minutes drive from the beach and other facilities - supermarkets, restaurants, banks etc.

Summary: A beautiful property with great bathrooms, kitchen and very well equipped. The house is in a very quiet, nice, location with outdoor space for sun lounges and views of the sea in the distance. We were both very happy and would not hesitate to go back and or recommend for short or longer stays. It felt like a home rather than a rental. Welcome pack was superb. Both owners very nice and excellent communication for check in , helpful tips and check out

Summary: We had a great stay in this villa. It was much bigger than we expected - a well stocked kitchen, lovely garden and a great base for our holiday. There was a very comprehensive folder in the villa with lots of recommendations for things to do - restaurants etc . Sarah shared lots of really helpful information with us both before and during our trip. The villa is a short walk to the La reserva beach club, tennis courts and club house. In a very quiet and safe gated complex. Highly recommend

Summary: Thanks to Sarah for taking our booking. We, a family of 4, with 2 teenagers, stayed in Sotogrande for 5 nights. Sarah was in communication from pre-booking, to pre-arrival, met us at the house to do a walk through and welcome us with local provisions. The communication was clear and helpful and made the arrival process friendly and personal. The house is a lovely 2 bedroom property, in a gated community, with a shared swimming pool. The house has great living spaces, indoor and outdoor. The kitchen is well appointed, clean and all appliances work well. There is a washing machine & dryer, though the Spanish sun will dry your clothes in no time. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area. Sarah has a wealth of local knowledge on things to see and do. Highly recommend a stay in a quiet, peaceful environment. We hope to return one day soon to keep exploring and take advantage of the beautiful accommodation.

Summary: This is a beautifully maintained and spacious two bedroom house quietly situated in the remarkable enclave of my reserve in Sotogrande. It is peaceful, has great views and is within easy reach of both the beach club and the swimming pool. A Short taxi ride or a short drive in a rented car and you’re in the marina and all of this within easy reach of Gibraltar on the one side and the Costa del Sol heading up towards Malaga and beyond on the other. The property manager leaves a welcome pack and is happy to back to add to it to meet your needs. Sotogrande shopping includes supermarkets and the like which means that you can access very high quality food if you want to eat at home or in your garden All in all highly recommended

Summary: The property is nice and clean, the hostess is amazing. House has a good vibe. Close drive to beach and 15 minutes away to Estepona. We loved staying here.

Summary: We rented number 58 Los Cortijos for 5 weeks in October. The house is lovely and very well appointed - it truly is a home away from home. Our hosts Mark & Sarah were great. They answered our email enquiry promptly and provided lots of helpful information about the area. On the day we arrived Sarah met us, showed us the house and then took us on a tour of the area pointing out the supermarkets, beach club, the Port and other points of interest. Sarah had also compiled a manual for just about everything in the area which proved invaluable when looking for places to visit and for places to eat. Mark had lots of good suggestions for golf and we enjoyed many rounds at La Reserva which is the course just up the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and hope to be back again in the not too distant future.
